To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidTalk.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these TOS or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach, FL, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
